(I am working on something na may kinalaman sa suggestions ni Shrek, bonglaurea and the others. And hopefuly before the first year anniv ng blogsite at ng forum matapos. hopefully... and i need all the help i cud get wen the time comes.)

I guess you need to designate or grant Administrator/Super Administrator rights to some members of the forum. Or kahit moderators lang. Para mai-move yung ibang threads to proper sections. You can change access rights of the members since you are the super admin. You can also designate us to pre-determined user groups. You can also assign moderators per section para mas madali mamoderate. Matagal ko na po sana ito isasuggest, kaso lagi kong nakakalimutan. Hanggang sa gumulo na nga ang mga post.

I've been an administrator and moderator to some forums on the net, and I guess I can help. Yun ay kung lang naman. If you need some help, just tell me po.

lam nyu ba, ako eh hilong hilo nung una di ko alam yung ibig sabihin ng gumagalaw na bell yun pala kapag gumagalaw at dilaw may new post, dahil sa sobrang mix up all ng story lahat inoopen ko isa isa though matagal nga lang yung iba di ko na masagut kasi di ko na alam kung san napunta yung iba. gandang idea yan.
